Maria C. Casas commented on Baileys Crossroads post office : NO mail has arrived from Virginia to California since December 28th. My old address was 507 Roosevelt Blvd., #C724, Falls Church, VA 22044. My application was completed on December 21st at the Bailey Crossroad Post Office in 6021 Leesburg PIke, Falls Church location with one of your employees working behind the window. Here in CA we have confirmed with the supervisor of my post office area code 90046 that there are no records of you USPS VA sending it to us. Therefore, the only option we had here was to apply the change of address again on January 17th. PLEASE respond ASAP as there has been NO mail from VA to CA. PLEASE provide the name of the director or supervisor and his/her email who can investigate this serious issue. WHERE IS MY MAIL FROM VA SINCE DECEMBER 28th??? My new address is 1037 N. Ogden Drive #8, West Hollywood, CA 90046.
