Sarah Cooper commented on Celebration post office : Every time i am sent a card (birthday, anniversary etc…), they are ripped open and re stuck down with tape. The recent one- the tape was stuck to the actual card itself causing damage to the card, as they had ripped too much of the envelope. I presume this is the delivery person?
This is tampering with mail which is a federal offence.
