He has been living at 5749 E Davenport St, Tucson for almost a year, and has received packages from me before. I paid $77 in postage to insure and have restricted delivery for signature. I would like the box I sent to my son, James Billanes, redelivered, or at least held at the post office for signature. The INsured receipt number is 13160400000060466816, and the signature confirmation receipt is 22171640000019005515.
I mailed the package on December3 rd from Spring Run PA, and my son's address is James Billanes, 5749 E DAvenport St, Tucson AZ, 85708. No one at the post office is picking up. Apparently, he has had issued in the past few months receiving mail. Please call this is urgent...this was his Christmas presents, from his mom, for an active duty personnel. He lives alone and is the only one that can sign.
