SHARON GODBEE commented on Cahaba Heights post office : I have been trying to contact this location directly to inquire on a package and no one answers the phone. Tracking number is 9400111105501071756866, it was received on 10/19/24 and sent out for delivery same day then returned to the post office and is now sitting in limbo. Since this package is going to Children's of Alabama in Birmingham to a child that has been hospitalized for over 2-1/2 weeks now it is hard to understand that the local post office cannot find the hospital since it is very well known. Please advise why it is so hard to locate this package and get it to a child who has been in ICU? I will continue to try the local number. Any assistance greatly appreciated!
