Jay L Hudson commented on Senoia post office : Approximately two weeks ago, valuable pension information paperwork was mailed to my address at 15 Wagon Wheel Trail, Senoia, GA 30276. Unfortunately it was mailed regular class mail. I realize what time of year this is. However, this is extremely valuable pension information that I need immediately because it affects my retirement. It would have been mailed from a Truist Bank location in Atlanta. This is a constant problem we have in Senoia. Can someone please check on the status and make sure any mail to 15 Wagon Wheel Trail isn't being held for any reason.

I have paid for box 103 but half of mail still comes to physical address, 228 7th St NW. I strongly desire that all mail be delivered to PO box 103. Please discontinue service to physical address. If a document of request is necessary, please send me proper application form. Thank you.

Tonja Wick commented on Battle Creek post office : I paid for PM Express next-day delivery on Dec. 6, 2024, to be delivered De7c. 7, 2024. However, the package was not delivered until Dec. 9, 2024. I paid $65 for next-day delivery and I would like a refund. A gentleman named Chris called me this morning and left a voicemail to call back. However, I have called FOUR times and it just rings and rings, no response. How can I get my refund?

I would like the box I sent to my son, James Billanes, redelivered, or at least held at the post office for signature. The INsured receipt number is 13160400000060466816, and the signature confirmation receipt is 22171640000019005515.
I mailed the package on December3 rd from Spring Run PA, and my son's address is James Billanes, 5749 E DAvenport St, Tucson AZ, 85708. No one at the post office is picking up. Apparently, he has had issued in the past few months receiving mail. Please call this is urgent...this was his Christmas presents, from his mom, for an active duty personnel. He lives alone and is the only one that can sign.

He has been living at 5749 E Davenport St, Tucson for almost a year, and has received packages from me before. I paid $77 in postage to insure and have restricted delivery for signature.
